Ms Ruth was our neighborhood advocate! Always standing up for what’s right and getting things done! A wonderful, loving and caring woman who loved animals! I wish I could have her over to see my cats again! I’ll miss seeing her sitting in her car on some days doing her word puzzles! She was so much fun and such a dear. She touched tons of lives. It won’t be the same without her! Our thoughts and prayers are with the family and especially Christy.
