Neil A. Rosdail's Obituary
Neil Artele Rosdail unexpectedly passed away peacefully in his sleep at his home in Wellborn, Florida on Wednesday, April 4, 2012.
Neil was born on October 8, 1946 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa to Merle Artele Rosdail and the late Catherine Early Rosdail. On February 26, 1965 he married his high school sweetheart, Barbara Frame, at the Little Brown Church in the Vale in Nashua, Iowa. They began their life together in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, eventually settling in the Annapolis area in 1972 to continue his career and raise their family. Neil began working in Maryland as a Manufactures Agent in the Lawn & Garden and Housewares industries. Neil took over the agency in 1990, which eventually became Rosdail Rosdail & Associates, Inc. In 2004, Neil retired with his wife to Wellborn, Florida, with their horses.
Neil’s loves in life included fast cars, motorcycles, motocross, pheasant hunting in Iowa, trap shooting, training and showing their dogs and Peruvian horses.
Neil will be deeply missed for his sayings such as “Opporchancities”, “We’re burning daylight” and “I’ve got things to do, places to go and people to see.”
In addition to his father and wife of 47 years, he is survived by two children, Kimberly Chism and Dustun Rosdail (Dyan); one sister, Dona Schultes (Rick); five grandchildren, Darbi Rosdail, Cody Rosdail, Austin Chism, Laney Rosdail and Kaytlynn Chism; one nephew, Justin Schultes and one neice, Kayla Schultes.
Services will be held privately.

Flowers may be delivered to Lasting Tributes Cremation & Funeral Care between 8 A.M and 10 A.M on Wednesday April 11.
