Nancy's memory will live long in our hearts and souls. She will always be remembered for her kindness, her intellect, and her compassion for those in need. She was a cherished colleague and friend and her loss creates a huge void in our lives. Our heartfelt sympathies are extended to the Slepicka and Lauber families.

Nancy is my oldest cousin. We shared a friendship as life went on because of her love for "the farm in Nebraska". I (and my brother's) are carrying on at Lauber Seed Farms. The farm was homesteaded1900 by George Lauber, took over by Herbert Lauber. Herd, as he was called started the seed business in 1936 with his sons Claiton & Wendell Lauber. I / we are trying to carry on the tradition of the seed business. Nancy always wanted to be informed about the goings on on the farm. We will have a void in our lives for her. She was special, no doubt about it.
See you by & by Nancy. We love you

Nancy is my son Bill’s mother-in-law and I met her at his wedding to her daughter Mallory. Nancy opened her home and her heart to our family. Getting to know Mallory showed me what a wonderful lady she was,she raised a beautiful, kind and loving daughter and that takes a very special person! My heart goes out to her family. May God comfort you all in your time of sorrow🙏🏻
What a gracious, talented woman filled with God's spirit. We were saddened to hear of her passing yet know she is whole and beautiful in the sight of her Savior. Lon, Ashley and Mallory, we are praying for you. Know she is ever close to you. Lori and Doug Sweely
