Lucille Virginia Easton's Obituary
Lucille Virginia Blake Easton, daughter of the late Clarence and Nettie Blake was born on July 2, 1926 in Anne Arundel County, MD. She was called to eternal rest on July 26, 2025. She was 99 years old.
Lucille received her education at the public schools of Anne Arundel County Maryland. During her earlier years, she was employed as a domestic worker.
Lucille was joined in Holy Matrimony to the late Howe Eugene Easton in 1942. From this union were born one daughter, Doris (deceased) and five sons Howard (deceased), Alexander, Clarence, Ronnie (deceased), and Dwight. Lucille was also instrumental in the rearing of two of her granddaughters, Velvet (deceased) and Chantel. Lucille was a devoted and loving wife, mother, and grandmother.
Lucille was baptized in Jesus name on May 11, 1956 at the Bethel Way of the Cross Church, where she was a member. She also served as part of the Rise and Shine Singing Group.
Her hobbies were cooking and she was known for her coconut cake, sweet potato pie, white potato pie, and potato salad. She also enjoyed spending time with her family and going to the Old Country Buffet and Hong Kong Chinese Restaurant with her son Dwight.
Lucille leaves to cherish her memory, three sons Alexander (Linda), Clarence, and Dwight; two devoted nieces, Clarice Jones and Shirley Mullen; ten grandchildren; and a host of great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
As a family, we will miss her conversations, cooking, love, and quiet laughter.
