Linda (right) and Fred (middle) were my little sister and brother and I have lost them both. She was beautiful and he was handsome and more importantly, both were intelligent, accomplished, and loving individuals. We grew up together on our family farm in West Virginia. Linda chose the city life while Fred and I stayed in West Virginia and became teachers and remained farmers. It was often our treat to visit Linda, and the Linda and Dick after they married, and experience the big city life. But Linda never forgot us and always loved her home where she grew up in West Virginia. She was still singing “ Country Roads, take me home” even when so many of her other memories had been lost to her. I love you Fred and Linda.
