Our heartfelt condolences go out to the entire Prince family during this difficult time. We are deeply saddened by this news. My cherished memories of my Uncle Chicken George are filled with his warm smile and infectious laughter. His unique voice and joyful spirit will forever remain in our hearts, and he will be truly missed.
Uncle Chicken George was undeniably the coolest. I remember how my dad, Noel Haynes, would take us to hang out and meet with the other Uncles when they used to gather off of Central Avenue, and we would look forward to going and spending time with Odetta and Jewel. Uncle Chicken George always had his jerry curl glistening, gold chains around his neck, and a cheerful smile on his face, spreading laughter wherever he went. Those moments were truly special, and they remind us of the good old days. His memory will live on in our hearts.
