Cyndy and I were friends at Severna Park Middle school. She was such a lovely person..the first girl I ever held hands with at the age of 13. She went on a summer vacation across the country with her family and sent me postcards from all the places she stopped along the way. I remember how excited I was to get those notes from her.
Though we moved away and lost touch, she will always have a special place in my heart. I pray that she is in heaven, lighting the place up with her great smile.
