Dear Brian and the family, With great sadness we knew that dear Chris passed away. Chris was amazing person, always nice, friendly, she was the one who gave light and support to other people. Chris and her husband Brian visited Odesa, Ukraine several times. They visited Odesa orphanages and shared their love and care with many children. I first met Chris in Odesa when Vineyard Church arranged Summer Bible School in the orphanage and Chris came with a group of volunteers. This summer camp was a lot of fun and children kept talking about it for the whole year. I am sure they still remember it. Actually, in this camp I myself learned a lot about the Bible and together with the kids memorized Bible verses. Chris was a devoted sponsor of Universal Aid for Children of Ukraine, supported Scholarship Students Program for fifteen years, inspiring young Ukrainians to receive education. UAC team and her numerous students will always remember Chris with gratitude.
Dear Brian and the Ronk Family, I am so sorry to hear about Chris. She was kind and supportive to me, and always a great listener. Her love for others was consistent and genuine and her leadership in our community will be missed. God bless you always
