We have truly lost a very special, one-of-a-kind person whose care, thoughtfulness, compassion, and friendliness will always be remembered. My family has many great memories of our time spent together with Billy & Sandy and are blessed to have had them in our lives. I always enjoyed listening to Billy's stories about his childhood, career, and all the places they have lived. He was extremely active and could run circles around all the rest of us. We will always cherish those memories and are thankful to have had such a loving, kind, and caring man in our family. - Greg, Lisa, Blake & Jack Frasher
First, I would like to say thank you to Marsha and Billy Jean and their families for sharing their father with all of us.
Billy was an extremely rare man. He was the kindest, softest spoken man I have ever known.
He took care of me after I had major surgery, Amy during a year of college on the eastern shore and pretty much all of us during his life at one time or another.
He played the role of both mother and father for many years looking out for all his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Billy was a God send to Sandy and her family. He raised his first family and then he chose to raise a second family. Billy was always referred to as Pop to everyone, including all of the nieces and nephews.
He was there for all the ups and downs of their lives. And just a wonderful person. I can hardly remember one time that he raised his voice to anyone. And, if anyone could be a perfect person, Billy was.
I feel positive that God reached out to Billy with open arms and took him right in his hands when he passed on into Gods kingdom.
We were all blessed to have known one of the kindest men on earth. Thank you Billy (Pop).
I am so sorry for your loss ,as well as the whole family .Please know I will hold you all up in prayer, and wish I could be there .I know all our family that have gone before were there to meet him as he entered heaven.
Love always ,Libby
