William H. Wilson IV's Obituary
William Henry Wilson, IV died at his home on May 26, 2011. He was 54.
Born in Washington, DC on November 9, 1956, he was the son of William Henry Wilson, III and Rose Szabo Wilson. Mr. Wilson owned and operated Annapolis Auto Body, a family-owned business. On August 28, 1987, he married Lynda Rodowsky of Annapolis. Mr. Wilson enjoyed the History of the American Civil War. He received the Ernest W. Peterkin Award for recognition of 27 years as a living historian and a founding member of numerous quality interpretive programs at Fort McHenry, the B&O Railroad Station Museum, and other National Park Service sites around the region. He was also Captain of the First Maryland Volunteer Infantry for Civil War Re-enacting, U.S.A. He is survived by his wife, Lynda Rodowsky Wilson, of Trappe; and his parents, William H. Wilson, III and Rose Szabo Wilson. He was preceded in death by his sister, Karen Wilson; and his brother, Richard Wilson.
