William "Scurby" Herbert Mackell's Obituary
William Herbert Mackell was born on September 6, 1965 in Annapolis Maryland to Emma Holland and the late Samuel Mackell.
He received his early education in the Anne Arundel County Public School System and worked for BFI Sanitation over three years.
William's favorite pass time was being with his family and he enjoyed running, playing cards, playing dominoes and listening to music. Always having a joke or two to tell, he thought was has a funny guy.
William (Herb) leaves to cherish his memory his mother, Emma Holland; adopted daughter Latanya Holland: sister, Tammy Mackell: one niece Eronda Surgeon (George): two nephews, Ronald Johnson and Carlos Jones: three uncles, John Holland, Rudolph Holland and George Mackell: two aunts, Lola Jackson and Bernice Watkins and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends, as well as devoted friends Rodney Dillard and Juan Gray.
William (Herb) was proceeded in death by his daughter, Monique Mackell, Grandparents Henry and Mazie Holland, one uncle Lester Holland, three aunts Dorothy Rawlings, Edith Parker and Diane Brown.
