William "Dickie" Russ' Obituary
William (Dickie) E. Russ born on November 1, 1939 to the late William and Mary H. Russ of Stevensville, Maryland. He departed his life after a lengthy illness at his home on June 17, 2022.
William favorite pass time was going to and watching his Baltimore Orioles on T.V. He also like to travel and visit different casinos.
William was employed as a Domestic Engineer at Tecumseh Condominiums until he became ill in 2002.
On December 14, 1992, he was united in holy matrimony to Nancy J. Washington of Annapolis, Maryland.
William leaves to cherish his fond memories, his loving and devoted wife, Nancy J. Russ. He also, leaves his son William Russ Jr. (Deshanus), two daughters Cassandra Russ and Roxanne Boyd (Miles), one stepson, Curtis Coates and two stepdaughters Gwendolyn Young (George) and Shevonne Howard. He also leaves a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, and a great great grandchild.
William also leaves one stepbrother Francis Cooper, two brother in-laws Francis Sharps (Helen), Mac Arthur Johnson and four sister in-laws Shirley Russ, Dorothy Jones, Linda Robinson, and Shirl Johnson. He also leaves a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, friends, and a devoted friend Joseph Parker.
William Parents – William and Mary Russ, his first wife Barbara Russ and her son Lionel Coates, his brother John Russ, , two brother in-laws Marshall Johnson and Leon Johnson two sister in-laws Joyce Brown and Sherri Ann Johnson are in heaven waiting for his arrival.
