I'll miss not having your around helping with all the landscaping you did for me. As a family, and a somewhat, second mother, I will truly miss you. I know that you have found peace, may your sole rest in peace Tech. Love you and miss you popping in downtown at Jason's and of course at home. One day we will all be back together again. Ms Vic
Joe was the very first boy I ever had a crush on in 4th grade. I cut his face out of our school class picture and carried it in a little locket. He never knew I did that. We then became good friends until he moved away from Warminster to go to Maryland. I was very sad to hear of the passing of my old friend. May you be at peace Joe. You will be missed by so many.
LOL, you never told me your name wasn't Joe. You were so welcoming when I moved to Annapolis wayyyyy back when. Will always have fond memories of Thursday nights, upstairs at Armadillo's with Meg & Bryan. Thanks for being you. My prayers & condolences to your family.
Words cannot adequately express the shock and sadness that my family and I continue to feel with the news of Joe's untimely passing. My wife and I have known Joe nearly 20 years. He was one of those people you were always happy to run into. Pretty much always had a smile for you as well as an unforgettable laugh. Joe had his struggles in life, but he was a fighter and he earned my respect and admiration these past few years. There's now a glaring, empty space in a lot of our lives that Joe used to occupy. While I'm saddened by his passing, I take comfort in the knowledge that he is at peace now. To all Joe's family, you have my deepest sympathies and sincerest condolences. Joe was a great person who touched many lives and he will always be remembered fondly by anyone who had the privilege of knowing him.
