His family always came first and he loved them with every part of himself. Bill was an Avid deer hunter, he was one of the founding members of Camp C in Snow Hill, MD. He also loved spending his weekends in Ocean City with his wife Toni and his friends at their campground Bali High. Bill loved playing horseshoes, darts, pool, and cornhole. He was very competitive. All of his kids, their friends, and even some of his, called him Pop. And he loved being the POP! Everyone who knew him knew he would give them the shirt off his back.
