Westley Keith Daniel Allen Kerner's Obituary
Westley Keith Daniel Allen Kerner, 23, was Born on, July 18, 1997, to Keith Kerner and Saprena Kerner (Smalls) in Danbury, CT. He was Baby Boy #3, as he liked to refer to himself. Westley answered his calling to the Lord to gain his “Angel Wings” on August 10, 2020.
Westley graduated from Bowie High School in 2015 with a Certification in Child Development. As a young child, Westley enjoyed playing soccer for the Bowie Boys and Girls Club, dancing at C &C Dance studio, and rapping. Westley also enjoyed taking family vacations.
Westley worked at Red Sky Steak fish and grill with his father in Laurel, Maryland. He spent his time doing graphic designs, making music and movies with his friend. Westley was a creative genius. Westley cherished his two dogs, Lulu and Casey and enjoyed spending time at The Village Baptist Church.
Westley is survived by his proud and loving parents, Keith and Saprena Kerner (Smalls) his two sisters Sarena Little, and Sareta Partlow (Tyler); nephews, Isaiah Miller, Quincy and Lorenzo Partlow; nieces, Somiya and Adrienne Partlow. He leaves behind his devoted support team which includes his Grandmother, Alzora Smalls; his uncles Jemotte “Champ” Smalls and Paul E Kerner; Aunts Roschel Davis, Carmel Kerner; his favorite cousins Zaria Brown and Paul KD Kerner. Westley also leaves behind a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, many family members and friends.
He is preceded by his paternal grandparents, Allen Westley Kerner andJacqueline Elease Smith; paternal Great-grandfather, Edmund Charles DeVeaux, and maternal grandfather, Larry Garrett; maternal Great-grandmother, Eleanor Smalls; Uncle Darryl Ramsuer.
There will be a memorial service held at Lasting Tributes on Bestgate Road in Annapolis, MD on August 18, 2020 from 3-5 PM. All COVID-19 guidelines will be in place, please wear a mask and properly social distance while we memorialize the life of Westley.
Due to COVID-19 Pandemic and safety of others regretfully there will no repast.
