Wallace Eugene Kline's Obituary
Wallace Eugene Kline (Wally), 70, of Ridgely, MD, passed away on October 15, 2023, at home surrounded by family, after a long battle with lung cancer.
Born in Bethesda, MD on August 17, 1953, Wallace was preceded in death by his parents, Everett William Kline and Betty Faith (Jenkins) Kline.
Wallace is survived by his loving wife, Theresa (Seeger) Kline, daughter Cherese Bilmanis (Bob), daughter Angela Wood, brothers Everett Kline (Julia), Charles Kline (Randi), and Gary Kline (Jennifer), stepmother Shirley Whisman, and stepbrother Rick Beavers.
Wally grew up in Deale, MD, hunting & fishing with his Dad & 3 brothers at an early age. He graduated from Central High School in 1971. He was previously married to Deborah Kline, resided in Clinton, MD with Deborah and his 2 daughters. Wally went on to travel the country working for Brown & Root for many years, later owning his own construction firm with his Mentor, Richard Whisman, who also preceded him in death.
He spent his remaining years working at Forestville Welding as a field supervisor with Rick Beavers.
Wally enjoyed many successful hunting trips with family to include Canada, Argentina, and throughout the US. He was known to hold the prize winning rockfish at Forestville Welding's annual tournaments. He resided in Ridgely with wife Theresa, together 24 yrs., and took great pride in the upkeep of their home & property, until his death.
Memorial Gathering will be held at Lasting Tributes, 814 Bestgate Road, Annapolis, MD 21401, on Sunday, November 5, 2023, from 11:00am – 12:00pm, with a service starting at 12:00pm. If you are unable to attend the services will be live streamed.
Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Wallace to Compass Hospice, 160 Coursevall Drive, Centreville, MD 21617.
