Ule Leon Alexander Sr.'s Obituary
Ule Leon Alexander Sr. was born February 9, 1939, in Mayo, Maryland, to the late Calvin Lee Alexander and Helen Louise Alexander. He entered eternal life on Saturday, January 15, 2022.
He was joined in marriage to the late Thelma Jean Boston Alexander in January 1960. Their union was blessed with five children: Vincent Leon Alexander (preceded in death October 2019), Tina Alexander Proctor (Patrick), Calvin Lee Alexander, Gail L. Saunders, and Ule Leon Alexander, Jr. He was also blessed with two grandchildren, Brandi Leigh Alexander and Dominic Joseph Alexander; and two great grandchildren, Malayah Rayne Alexander and Maddex Riyan Alexander.
Ule began his Christian walk at a very early age at St. Marks United Methodist Church in Mayo Maryland. He lived a full life; he enjoyed his early morning coffee and routine morning calls with friends and family. He thoroughly enjoyed socializing and he never met a stranger. He also loved to cook and bake; his rum cakes and Italian dishes will live on into eternity.
We will miss his "how-to" instructions when we needed his guidance and his "can-do" spirit. We will continue to celebrate his strength and willpower that helped build and mold all his children.
Ule was preceded in death by his five brothers, David (Shirley), Joseph, Howard (Gladys), Paul and Londell Alexander. He leaves to cherish in memory two sisters, Gertrude P Colbert of Clarksville Tennessee; Elois Alexander of Annapolis, Maryland; and two brothers; Franklin D. (Mabel) and Dean Alexander of Annapolis, Maryland.
A viewing will be held at Lasting Tributes from 10:00 am-12:00 pm at Lasting Tributes on Wednesday, January 26, 2022. There will be no service.
