Tim Behsmann's Obituary
Timothy Behsmann passed away peacefully on February 19, 2026, at Anne Arundel Medical Center. He was 53.
Tim was born in Colorado Springs, CO on December 22, 1972. His family moved to Springfield, VT when he was 16. He was a member of the Springfield High School Class of 1991.
He married Celeste on March 28, 2008. Timothy had a life altering change during 2020 as He came to know his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Tim’s mom loved horses and he learned to have a passion for them as well. It was this love and involvement with horses that brought Tim and Celeste together. Tim continued his love of riding horses and being outside by serving for a time as a Reserve Officer for the Maryland Department of Natural Resources. Tim served in organizing the Maryland state semi Truck Driving Championships for many years.
Tim loved reading his Bible, cooking, animals, decorating for the holidays, serving His church in various ways including arranging the flowers, and scouting with Celeste for their resale business.
Tim is survived by his wife of almost 18 years, Celeste; sons Joseph Behsmann and Joshua Behsmann; brothers Mike (Rhonda) Behsmann and Roger Stone, and a sister, Tammy Jones.
A memorial service will be held at Christ Reformed Evangelical Church, 1841 Generals Hwy, Annapolis, MD on Saturday, February 28, at 11 AM. All are welcome to visit and fellowship at a meal on the church property following the service.
