Thomas “Tom” Hugh Ross, Jr., Captain, USN, Retired, a graduate of the Class of 1950 of the United States Naval Academy, and thereafter serving as a Navy aviator for 30 years, and a longtime resident of Annapolis, passed away on Ma Read Obituary
Sending my condolences to the Ross family. Tom, Ann, and Kippy were close friends of my parents, Chuck & Rosie Fowler, and my sister and I went to school with two of the Ross sons. I envision our parents all having a fine, glorious, joyful reunion together up in glory!
Tom was an officer in the engineering department in Isherwood Hall when Alan joined the civilian faculty at the Naval Academy in 1965. He and Ann helped us to feel comfortable at the Academy and in Annapolis. Alan and Ginger Adams
