Theresa Anne Jeffery's Obituary
It is with deep sadness that we announce the loss of Theresa “T” Anne Jeffery who passed away suddenly on May 3, 2022. Theresa was born September 21, 1977, and grew up in La Plata, MD. She attended McDonough High School and the University of Baltimore where she earned a degree in Communications and met her future husband, Chris Jeffery. Chris and Theresa were married for 20 amazing years and lived in Annapolis with their two beautiful children Elaine and Emmett. Theresa is survived by her father and stepmother Randy and Janice, her brother Richard, her sister Laura and by her loving parents-in-laws James and Betty Jeffery, brother-in-law James and nephew Eli, and a host of other nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and long-time friends. She was predeceased by her mother Elaine. Theresa was a dedicated and caring wife, mother, daughter, sister, granddaughter, niece and friend. She had a successful career in sales and volunteered with every school, sport, Boy Scouts of America, and extracurricular activity her children ever attended, never missing a precious moment. During the summers she was an active member of the Admiral Heights Pool and Swim Team and loved to go on adventures with her family. She had an magnetic warm smile and was quick to laugh. People often sought her out for her kindness, warm smiles, wit, intelligence, hugs, and delicious home-cooked recipes. She was a voracious reader, book club member, and wrote a prolific number of letters, poems, and stories. She was authentic and real and gave selflessly to everything and everyone that was lucky enough to be touched by her. In a word, Theresa was love, and that is something that never truly goes away. She lives on in our hearts, through her husband and children, and through everyone who keeps embodying the things we loved most about her.
