Theodore "Teddy" Parker's Obituary
THEODORE DOUGLAS PARKER, Age 63, was born on August 16, 1952. He answered the call to eternal rest on July 29, 2016.
THEODORE attended Anne Arundel County Public Schools. He was an entrepreneur. THEODORE was the owner/operator of Parker Utilities and Parker Catering Company.
THEODORE was a people person. He loved to cook. Everyone enjoyed his annual birthday cookout at Sandy Point State Park. THEODORE loved baseball and football. He owned and managed the baseball team, “Parker All Stars”. THEODORE was an avid Dallas Cowboy Fan and was a cook for the New Breed Raiders Flag Football Team.
THEODORE was a member of The New Breed Social Club of Annapolis, MD. He loved spending time with family (especially his children and grandchildren) and friends. It was never a dull moment with his jokes and pranks. It was like solving a puzzle trying to understand what he was trying to say, but ask Urema, she could always tell you. To know him was to love him. THEODORE will truly be missed by all.
THEODORE leaves to cherish his memories, one brother, Claude Parker; 2 sisters, Elmira and Gaye Parker (Gaye was considered his closest and devoted sister); one son, Theodore Parker, Jr; 5 daughters, Darlene, Davonya, Thea, Dayonna Parker and Taryn Wells; 18 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; devoted significant other, Urema Pickeral; devoted friend, Glenn Forrester; a host of other relatives, friend and KJ who held a special place in his heart.
He was preceded in death by his son, Theron Parker and numerous other family members.
