Thelma V. Booth's Obituary

Thelma V. Booth was born September 13,1952 in Calvert County, Maryland to the late Alfred and Bert Louise Booth. She received her education in the Calvert County Public School System.
Thelma was employed at several places including Subway, Value City, Giant, and finally Shopper's Food Warehouse of Annapolis, where she later retired.
She was passionate about the Redskins, win or lose; now known as the Washington Commanders. Thelma loved cooking and spending time with family and friends. She was an awesome mother and grandmother. Before her illness, she always crocheted blankets for people. She loved doing puzzles. She loved music; Oldies but Goodies; and planting flowers.
Thelma was preceded in death by her parents, Alfred and Bert Louise Booth; one son, Morgan Jones, III; one sister, Jeanette Josephine Booth; two brothers, Sherman Thomas and Cornelius Booth. Thelma is survived by four daughters, Glendora Booth, Courtney Jones, Chasity Jones, and Charity Jones; a Godson, Rico Wiseman; three grandchildren, Cartier Reid, Amarr McGowan, and Chase McGowan; two sisters, Martha Gross and Christine Booth; two brothers, Chester Booth and Carl Booth; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Thelma will be sorely missed and will always be in our hearts.
