You are on your way to God’s mansion in the sky. That is why on the day that you are on your way to move into God’s mansion, April 11, 2025, we put you in that beautiful floral dress that you wore on January 25,2023, the day that James was moving to God’s mansion. God’s mansion is a very large place, I hear, that is why we placed you in that floral dress, you will be easily spotted by James on the day of your arrival.
When you arrive at God’s mansion, James will most assuredly be sitting at a window at God’s mansion and will be able to spot you on the day of your arrival.
Wherever James was on Earth, he would always find a sunny spot and a seat by a window, to be the quiet observer that he liked to be.
I can IMAGINE that on the day that you arrive, that James will be sitting by a window looking out as he always liked to do, with a nonchalant expression on his face, sitting back in his chair. But suddenly, in the distance he will spot a familiar floral dress. He will suddenly sit up in his chair and lean forward as his gaze intensifies, as he looks out of the window at the lady in the floral dress that is approaching God’s mansion. As the lady gets closer, he recognizes the dress, he recognizes it from the front row of the place that he was in just before going to God’s mansion on January 25, 2023. As the lady gets closer and closer he can start to see her face; he is in disbelief — could it really be Sylvia! Then you get closer and he sees that it IS YOU! He leaps from his seat at the window, to run down the many stairs to the front door of God’s mansion. He calls out your name: “Sylvia”. “Sylvia”. You look up and see him and you both run towards each other and have a happy embrace! Together Again! Your
“One Sweet Day” has arrived and you and James are reunited again!
In James’s exuberance, he will take you by the hand and rush you around God’s mansion to show you to all of your family members who had already moved to God’s mansion, to show them that you have finally arrived at God’s mansion to be with all of them once again.
When one leaves this Earth, it is often said that they will meet again in the afterlife. Though you have left many of us earthly people saddened because of your departure, I am sure that your arrival in God’s mansion will be a joyous occasion for all of those who left for God’s mansion years before your arrival. It will be a joyous event that you are finally joining them once again.
At least, I know you will not be alone in your new world, because you will be in the presence of: James, Grandad, Grandmama, Aunt Lula, Lenie, Kay, Skinny, Lamont, Mickey, Sacky, Daddy, Ronaldo and Dana.
I will miss you and all of your “cupcake” ways. Life with you was fun and adventurous — sometimes too adventurous! You were a great mom and I feel grateful that I had your physical presence in my life for as long as I did. You provided me with great life advice even if I did not want to hear it or receive it, lol! You probably wondered if anything was sinking in but it was, in my own sweet time. I will keep all of the great fun times that we have had over the years in the forefront of my mind and continue to go to all of our favorite spots and remember warmly when you were there with me.
I will see you in the mansion in the sky someday……………..I guess………..I mean………………I THINK that is where I will be………….hmmmm………….we shall see…………hopefully I am not going to the OTHER mansion……………..I am going to think positively, as you would always tell me to do and that will assure me that I will see you again in God’s mansion!
