Stuart McKay Pulver's Obituary
Stuart McKay Pulver was born March 20, 1941 to the late Jack and Marion Pulver of Hopkinton, MA and was carried home by our Lord March 10, 2021.
Stu graduated from Hopkinton High School and joined the Marines in 1958. He served overseas in Japan for a number of years and was Honorably Discharged in 1964. Stu was married 58 years to his “bride” Anna. They had 4 children, Glenn, Larry, Christine and Nancy. Their son Larry passed at the age of 6 in 1971. They have 6 grand-children, Kurt, Molly, Andrew, Tommy, Kirsten and Matthew.
Stu loved his family and was dedicated to them his whole life. He worked in sales from vacuum cleaners to Life Insurance to Retirement Programs and relocated to Maryland upon the announcement of his first grand child. Stu loved movies and T.V. shows. He enjoyed traveling and was proud to finally achieve having been to all 50 states with his trip to Alaska with his bride.
Stu spent much of his adult life helping people and his home was open to so many who needed a place to stay and get back on their feet. Whether it was family, friends, or friends of family, the door and his heart were open to helping in any ways he could.
Stu is survived by his brother Jonathan, his wife, 3 of his 4 children, 6 grand children, a niece and 4 nephews and their families. He will be deeply missed.
