Sandy and I were friends for fifty years. We shared our ups and downs and I couldn't have asked for a better friend.
Aunt Sandy made an incredibly positive difference in our world. In my world. Loving, kind and generous and so full of inner joy. I’m forever grateful to her support of Canine Companions For Independence. Her beautiful throws she created and donated for auction as well as giving generous funds she’d inherited were all truly an act of love. Of the dogs yes but also of the people with disabilities who they helped. Her spirit lives on in all she’s touched and I believe she’s smiling now.
