Rose Isabelle Vasco Stavrou's Obituary
Rose Vasco Stavrou, age 88, passed away November 12, 2018, surrounded by her loving children. Rose was a passionate lady who loved being with her family, consisting of her husband Nickolaos, seven children (Nikki, Angie, Linda, Dorian, Aletha, Steve, and Mark), sixteen grandchildren, and fourteen great-grandchildren.
Rose was very creative and expressed that gift in her zest for decorating and in her personal sense of fashion. A daughter of Italian immigrants, she loved food and never passed up an opportunity to cook elaborate meals. She was known for her “abbondanza” holiday meals and special birthday celebrations uniquely tailored for each of her children.
She was a wonderful mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, mother-in-law and friend in whose hearts she will live forever.
