Dear Uncle Donald, Okie, Sheena and Christina,
I was heartbroken to hear of Ronnie’s untimely passing. I have many fond memories of visiting Hagerstown and going bowling or to the drive-in with Ronnie, or having snowball fights in the back yard. Since we always lived out of state, memories of our infrequent gatherings are so very special and memorable. Bill and I visited Ronnie and Okie in Fort Benning in the late 70s; we had a great time. He always struck me as a guy who could do stand-up comedy. Whenever we visited we just laughed and laughed. He has always been renowned for his quick wit and improvisational humor. Wishing you all comfort in the fond memories we all share.
