Robert "George" Poore's Obituary
Robert George Poore, 56, passed away on July 5, 2016 after a brief illness.
George wrestled in competitions while attending Glen Burnie High School and also attended Anne Arundel Community College.
His favorite time of year was spring; he loved flowers, nature, and boating. He was the owner and operator of George Poore's Produce and Plant Center located in Gambrills on the corner of 424 and 450 for over 35 years.
He is survived by his two daughters, Nicole and Angelea; his parents, Mr. & Mrs. John C. Poore; his brother, Richard Poore and his wife, Dian; his sister, Sarah Carbonaro and her husband Anthony.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Corina Angela Poore in 2006.
Interment was privately held at St. Peter's Catholic Cemetery, Queenstown, MD.
