Rhonda Renee Booth's Obituary
Rhonda Renee Booth was born on June 20, 1959, to Carol Galloway Edwards and the late William Alfred Booth, In Annapolis, Maryland
Rhonda was a proud graduate of Annapolis Senior High School, Class of 1977. In her pursuit of higher education, she attended the computer learning center, in Springfield, Virginia, and Strayer college, in Richmond, Virginia.
In earlier years, Rhonda was employed by crown petroleum, working across multiple cities, including Baltimore, Atlanta, and Richmond. Finally in 2007, Rhonda returned home to Maryland. Upon her arrival, she worked for the Erickson Retirement Community. Rhonda later found employment with Fairfield Nursing and Rehabilitation, where she remained until her ultimately passing.
Rhonda loved the Lord; she greatly enjoyed service and fellowship. Rhonda regularly participated in senior bible study, and she proudly served as an usher and a missionary. Rhonda joyfully found her church home at Silas First Baptist Church, under the Christian leadership of her beloved pastor, Jesse E. Young.
On the morning of May 19, 2026, God called Rhonda home. Although the timing felt confusing to those she left behind, we remain trustful in his timing.
Rhonda is survived by her devoted mother; Carolyn Galloway Edwars, her loving siblings; Rochell Sharps, Arniece Booth, and Quenton Booth, her aunts; Sharon Mackell (Thomas), Robyn Randall, Beverly Warfield (Gerard), Arniece Gills, Janet Simms, and Betty Kersey, uncles; James Galloway (Joanne), Joyce Galloway (Barbara), Sherman Galloway (Margaret), Lovell Thompson (Aleta), and Laverne Thompson.
Rhonda will be deeply missed by a host of relatives, friends, and colleagues.
