Rhoda Garlitos Cabauatan's Obituary
Rhoda Garlitos Cabauatan (63) passed away unexpectedly on January 29, 2023. She was born October 22, 1959, to Sixto and Clemencia Galapon in Isabela, Philippines.
She graduated class of 1986 from Aldersgate College with the completion of Junior Secretarial associates. She moved to Annapolis in July of 1990. Rhoda was proudly employed by the US Naval Academy for more than 30 years. She was well known in our community and loved by many. Rhoda was a loving, loyal friend to all. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Going out to shop and eat and was the life of the party.
Rhoda is survived by her husband Haze Ramos, son Sherwin (Jessica) Cabauatan, daughter Richil Cabauatan and her three grandchildren: Liberti, Xaviree, and Mahal.
A public visitation will be held on Friday, February 3 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at Lasting Tributes Cremation and Funeral Care, 814 Bestgate Road, Annapolis MD 21401. Her funeral service will begin at 10 am on Saturday, February 4 at Lasting Tributes with burial to follow at Bestgate Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers please consider donating to St. Mary’s Church in memory or Rhoda.
