Philip Shane Aponte's Obituary
Philip "Phil" Aponte, 62, of Laurel, Maryland, passed away on Wednesday, June 16, 2021 at his home.
Philip was born on October 1, 1958 in New York City to Alfredo and Bette Aponte. He is survived by his daughter, Samantha Ortega, his grandson Joshua Diaz, and of course his parents, Alfredo and Bette.
Philip was a very laid back and positive individual. You would never see him upset or mad and he always remained even killed. He was so passionate about working and helping others in order to create the best life possible.
Philip worked so hard for everything in life and always wanted to instill that trait to his loved ones and friends. Everyone who knew him would always talk about how much passion he had when he spoke to others.
Philip was known for the smallest but yet funniest things happening to him. This could be something peculiar going on with his car all the way to missing a step while riding a bike and flipping over the handle bars. These things tend to just happen to him and he always laughed about it.
There will be no formal service; however, he will be cremated. You are able to post memories or words for the family here.
