Patrick Lee Sansing's Obituary
Patrick Lee Sansing was born and raised in Annapolis, Maryland. His parents are Charles “Chuck” Sansing, Sr. and Carroll Sansing. He has four siblings, sister Sherry Sansing, and brothers Gene “Ben”, Michael and Charlie. His grandparents were Charlie and Lucy Barnes, and Augustus and Ophelia Sansing.
Patrick has four children, twins Ashley and Christa, Allie and Brett. He has two grandchildren, Braeden and Sawyer. His children were his greatest joy.
Patrick attended St. Mary’s High School, where he was known for his many athletic achievements. He attended college for a couple of years before following in his father’s footsteps and choosing the car business as his profession. Like his father, he was well-suited for this work as he had the “gift of gab” and people seemed to gravitate to his warm personality and charm.
Patrick was funny, young at heart, strong-willed, generous, and loving. He loved cooking, and enjoyed his morning coffee. His weekends were spent seeing friends and watching sports. He loved to vacation at the Beach and in Maine. Pat really enjoyed crabbing in his earlier years.
He was a very loving, caring brother with a huge heart and would give a friend or someone in need the shirt off his back. He loved his children, the Ravens, his family, the car business…..and of course he loved his food!
Some of his favorite songs were “Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds”, “Sittin’ on the dock of the Bay” (a karaoke favorite), and “Under the Boardwalk”. His favorite bands were The Police, Yes, Eagles, Heart and the Doobie Brothers.
