Patrick and Bobbi were great friends when I worked with him at NSA in the 70's. Fresh out of grad school we moved to MD and Patrick taught us the Maryland traditions of going drinking on "The Block" in Baltimore, and more importantly, how to eat crabs. As gentile people from New Jersey who liked beer, the first lesson from Patrick was: "first you rip their faces off, then the legs, and then the shell". We enjoyed many crab fests with him after learning this lesson. Also his and Bobbi's Kimchi recipe, served to us, was "eye opening". We have many fond memories of our first marriage years spent in Maryland with the NSA crew. My last contact with Patrick was by phone when he tracked us down in Florham Park, NJ, while at my last job at AIG in NY. At the time it sounded like you were doing a lot of traveling. I always wonder how different thing would have been if I stayed as NSA for my career, as Patrick did, as opposed to various corporate jobs, with relocations. Anyway, Janet and I have many fond memories of our early years with Patrick and NSA crew in Maryland.
