Pat, I'll never forget the days when I walked to your office and we always talked about how much we both could use an escape to the beach. Fly high and rest easy! Until we meet again, I'll be chilling and relaxing on the beach.

DHCF will truly never be the same without our Pat. She made us laugh, she made us think harder and always thought of ways to help the agency achieve certain milestones. With every sarcastic remark, you knew it came from a heart that cared deeply.
I will miss our conversations of figuring things out, venting, laughing and her telling me my kids are not crazy, they just make her happy with their pictures and videos. The last time I saw her, we had a conversation and she was so humbled and happy that she had so many people that really genuinely cared about her... if she only knew the half of it!
Pat was a remarkable person who cannot be replaced, she will forever hold a place in all of our hearts, and I am sure each of us can remember something she said with her southern drawl that cracked us up. You will be missed my dear friend!
