Born on October 20, 1943, in Rose Hill, Virginia, Norma lived a life filled with energy, warmth, and a deep appreciation for the people and experiences that brought her joy. Music was always a meaningful part of her life, and she found joy in listening to artists such as Rod Stewart, James Taylor, and the Bee Gees. She also had a special place in her heart for animals, particularly cats and dogs, and her love for them was evident to all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her mother.
She is survived by her husband, son, daughter, and three grandchildren.
