Nancy E. Molitor's Obituary
Nancy Ellen Molitor, 80, went to be with God on October 31, 2025, where she was reunited with her beloved husband, Timothy Mark Molitor.
Nancy was born in Washington, D.C. on December 26, 1944, and was the daughter of the late Wallace and Gladys Womersley.
Nancy’s career with the Federal Aviation Administration spanned over 30 years. Her dedication, professionalism, and kindness earned the respect of all who worked with her. A devoted member of Spotswood Baptist Church in Fredericksburg, Virginia, her faith was evident in her compassion, integrity, and generosity of spirit.
Those who knew Nancy remember her as the kindest, most genuine soul, someone who brought warmth, laughter, and light wherever she went. She approached life with optimism and grace, finding joy in everyday moments and always making time to share a smile or an encouraging word. Her heart was generous, and her faith unshakable.
Carrying herself with powerful strength and compassion, Nancy lived each day guided by her love for God and devotion to her family, who will forever cherish her love, laughter, and the countless happy memories they shared.
Nancy is survived by her children Alexander Molitor and his wife Lisa of Punta Gorda, Florida; Kimberly Molitor of Fredericksburg, Virginia; and Sunday and her husband Darrin Flynn of Fredericksburg, Virginia. She is also survived by her sister Margie Jett and her brother Benjamin Womersley.
Nancy was a proud grandmother to Katie Little, Matthew Brown, Courtney Brown, Nicholas Molitor, Brandon Flynn, and Joshua Flynn, and a great-grandmother to eight who brought her immense joy.
A visitation will be held on Friday, November 7, from 10 to 11 a.m., with a service beginning at 11 a.m., at Lasting Tributes, 814 Bestgate Road, Annapolis, Maryland, with Pastor Jim Stone officiating. Burial is private.
