Nancy Ann Harris' Obituary
Nancy Harris passed away February 22 at the age of 90 after residing at Brightview Annapolis for nearly six years. Born and raised in Jackson, Mississippi, Nancy lived there for fifty years prior to moving to Annapolis. She attended Vanderbilt University and Millsaps College, graduating with a degree in economics. Once in Annapolis, Nancy became a faithful communicant of St. Anne’s Episcopal Church. Nancy is survived by her sister Harley Williams of Annapolis and Harley’s son Jim of Duluth , MN, and his wife Sheryl and their children Jasper and Reija. Additional survivors include nieces Nancy Korutz of Oregon and Ann Burns of Louisiana and nephews Michael Korutz of Louisiana, Kieffer Harris of Florida, and John Harris of Virginia. Preceding Nancy in death were her father, Dr. Robin Harris, her mother Nancy Stansbury Harris, sisters Robin Butts and Angelette Korutz and brothers Jeff Harris and Richard Harris. The family would like to especially thank some very special caregivers who loved, laughed, and skillfully cared for Nancy at Brightview, especially in the last two years. They know who they are.
