Mazine Davidson's Obituary
Mazine Coleman Davidson was born October 6, 1922 in Quail, Texas. She is predeceased by her husband Bernard Grant Davidson who died in 1989; her parents, Frank and Willie Coleman Jr. of Wellington, TX and a younger sister, Wilda Rudine Coleman, known as "Deanie", who died at the age of three.
She has lived with both of her daughters in Annapolis and Harwood, Maryland for the last ten years. For the past six weeks she has lived at Rutherford House Assisted Care Facility in Davidsonville, MD where she received loving care.
She was a member of the Silver Spring Seventh-day Adventist church where she was instrumental in starting the deaf ministry. She signed the sermon weekly for many years as part of the deaf ministry at the Silver Spring Seventh-day Adventist Church. She currently is a member of the Beltsville Seventh-day Adventist Church.
Mazine is survived by her daughters and son-in-law, Wilda Rudine "Deanie" Davidson McCluan, Deborah Davidson Haun and Robert Dennis Haun, three grandsons and their wives, Dennis Grant Haun and Tanya Loveday Haun of Fallston, MD; Phillip Grant Haun and Andrea Dutton Haun, of Harwood, MD; Michael Grant Haun of Berlin, MD as well as four great grand daughters, Laurel Jewel Haun, Kendall Grace Haun, Kelsey Brooke Haun of Fallston, MD and Juniper Katherine Haun of Harwood, MD.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, April 6, 2013 at 3:00 PM at the Beltsville Seventh-day Adventist Church, 4200 Ammendale Road Beltsville, MD 20705.
