Mary Nadine Hallock's Obituary
Mary Nadine “Nay” Hallock, 53, of Baltimore, MD, passed away on February 29, 2024 of natural causes.
Mary was born on September 15, 1970 to Ellen and Bud Hallock Sr. in Troy, NY. After Mary graduated from Cohoes High School, she studied at Glenmont Job Corp as a medical professional.
Mary had a passion for life and lived it to the fullest. She enjoyed spending time with her family, drinking coffee, and writing short stories. Her laughter was infectious, and she was always willing to lend an ear for listening to anyone in need.
In 2009, Mary moved from New York to Maryland with her two youngest children and worked in a wide variety of jobs including construction, flagging, Dollar Tree, and providing child care to her friends and neighbors. Mary will be deeply missed by her children, grandchildren, and the countless parents and children she assisted over the years. Her memory will live on in our hearts forever, and we will always cherish the love and wisdom she imparted to us.
We take comfort in knowing that she is now at peace, reunited with loved ones who have gone before her. Though her physical presence may be gone, her spirit will always be with us, guiding us and watching over us.
Mary is survived by her three children, Jessiccah Martin, Gage and Tationna Hallock; her grandchildren, Cambria, Nevaeh, and Benjamin; her father, Bud Hallock Sr.; her siblings Cindy, Darlene, Bud Jr., Larry, Catherine, and Missie Hallock.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, March 13, 2024 at 2 p.m. at the Lasting Tributes Funeral Care in Annapolis, MD. In lieu of all black attire, attendees are welcome to wear Mary’s favorite color, purple.
