Marlene Martha Allison's Obituary
Marlene Martha Allison, formerly Marlene Schnee, of Annapolis, MD passed away April 3, 2011. She was 72.
Born in New York on May 11, 1938, she was the daughter of the late Donald Cupp and Hortense Lang. She graduated from Bryn Mawr High School in NY. After spending some time with her parents in Burma she returned to New York, and attended Brown University. Marlene Allison married Charles D. Schnee of Long Island, NY. They lived in South East Asia with their two daughters, Lise and Gretchen for eight years before settling in Timonium, MD. Mrs. Allison later married Howard Allison. They spent nine years living in Hawaii. In 1998, they moved to Annapolis MD where Mr. Allison died. She was a miniature enthusiast, and member of a club and also a member of the New Annapolitans of Annapolis. She enjoyed being involved in different events and clubs within Heritage Harbour where she lived.
Mrs. Allison is survived by her daughters Lise Sutton of Chester, MD and Gretchen Heldring of NY; grandchildren Stephen A. Sutton, II of Chester, MD, Andrew C. Sutton of Stevensville, MD and Suzanna S. Heldring of NY; and stepdaughters Melissa Warren and Alicia Allison.
A Graveside Service will be held at Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens, 200 E Padonia Road, Timonium, MD on Monday, April 11, 2011 at 11 AM.
