Marion was a dear friend for many years, even after our retirement. I remember well her friendly greetings and funny stories shared at our workplace that always kept us in good spirits. She was the life of the party whenever we enjoyed lunch with our friends and co-workers. I remember her 90th birthday party when you shared her with us again, and another time Marion invited us to a women’s club fashion show where we all wore masks. She sure was fun to be around! She loved her family dearly, and I know you will miss her greatly. I will, too.

We met as coworkers , but became best friends. She was a woman of many talents - cooking, sewing, painting, framing - to name a few. She had an artistic eye and enjoyed antique hunting and later applied her talent to create her framing business. She had a great sense of humor and everyone enjoyed her hilarious stories. She loved her family and enjoyed their many family traditions. I have such wonderful memories of Marion. We enjoyed working together and continued to have our all-day lunch dates after we each retired. I will most definitely miss my dear friend. Love you Marion! ♥️

Your Mom was always so sweet and kind to me. I first met her back in the 1970s when Teresa and I would spend weekend nights at eachother's homes. I always felt at home on Appomattox Road and thoroughly enjoyed her company. I thought Marion was really funny, too. Always a twinkle in her eyes! I still have artwork hanging in my home that she framed. God bless you all in your grief. She's certainly still watching over you! Love Alicia D.

Marion was my grandmother, maybe not by blood, but in every way that counts. I love and miss her so very much. I feel ashamed that I can’t remember what our last memories were together but I can have this picture to remind me of this special day. It was Grandparents Day in elementary school and I got to spend it with you and my great-grandmother. So many pictures and smiles; I was so happy to show you how well I was doing and what I had made for you both. Prayers, love, and sympathies to friends and family.
