Louise Mildred Forrester, 80, of Annapolis, passed away peacefully on February 7, 2015 after a lengthy illness. Born August 13, 1934 in Davidsonville, MD, Louise was the 12th of twelve children born to the late Irving and Rebecca Mackell. She was married to the late Jeremiah Forrester, Sr. for 61 years, and is survived by 6 children, Cynthia Forrester, Casey Forrester (Carolyn), Jeremiah Forrester, Jr., Justina Estep (John), Dwight Forrester (Colleen), and Shelia Forrester; 15 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, one uncle, David Mackell, and two sisters-in-law, Mary Correll and Alice Reynolds, and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
