Lois E. Pinnix's Obituary
Lois Pinnix, 91, formerly of Bamegat and Beach Haven, passed away on January 7th.
Lois met her husband Charlie in Beach Haven where they married in 1949 and raised their family. She worked for many years as the secretary of Beach Haven Elementary School. Over the years "Mrs. Pinnix" touched the lives of many local children.
Lois and Charlie were snowbirds, living in Punta Gorda, Florida. Those years were some of their happiest.
Lois had a remarkable memory, especially for dates. She was outgoing, social, curious and kind. She loved flowers and gardening. Lois was a very faithful friend to many, old friends and new. She was a woman of incredible strength , prevailing over life's ups and downs with steadfast resilience. She was very proud of her children and grandchildren, always eager to hear the details of their lives.
Lois was predeceased by her husband Charlie and daughter Diane. Surviving is her sister Joan Love, son Chuck (Suzanne) and daughter Suzanne, grandchildren Andrea, Víctor, Nicholas, Corinne , Deb and Jenn, as well as several great grandchildren, beloved nephews and nieces.
Due to Covid, services are not scheduled.
