Linwood Baden's Obituary
On January 27, 2018, Linwood Baden passed away at the age of 75 at Anne Arundel Medical Center, in Annapolis, after a brief illness. Linwood grew up in the Parole area of Annapolis, and was educated in Anne Arundel County Public Schools. His career included employment at the former Crownsville State Hospital; US Commissary store; Sam's Club, Food Lion, and Angels Food Market. He is survived by his loving wife of 27 years, Eloise Patricia Brashears Harvey; Three sons: Lance Baden, Todd Baden (LaSonya), and Gary Doughty. Two daughters, Wendy Baden and Rodecia Carter (Tony). Brother, James Baden (Helen); Sister-in-Laws: Belinda Jones, Lenora Morton (Darryl), and devoted brother-in-law James Brashears, Jr. (Shamont). A caring Aunt, Katie B. Brashears, and a host of other aunts, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. Wake and funeral services will be held Monday, February 5th at 1st Christian Community Church, 1800 Apostle Johnson Way, Annapolis, MD with public viewing to begin at 9 am, wake to follow at 10 am, and funeral service to begin at 10:30 am. Interment will follow at Bestgate Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made out to John Wesley United Methodist Church, 2114 Bay Ridge Ave, Annapolis, MD.
