Lester Conroy Evans' Obituary
Lester Conroy Evans, son of the late Mary Hall and the late Ernest Evans, Sr., departed this life on March 21, 2024.
Lester, affectionately known as “Les” had a loving and caring heart. He was loved and adored by his grandchildren, great grandchildren, and siblings.
Les attended Anne Arundel County Public Schools. He was also employed by the Coca-Cola Company for many years as a machine operator. Les was a fun, loving, playful, wonderful father, brother, uncle, grandfather, and friend to many.
Les was preceded in death by: his mother, Mary Hall; father, Ernest Evans, Sr.; sister, Mary Hall; brother, Ernest Evans, Jr.; son, Delante Evans; and two nephews, Benjamin Fletcher, III and Granville Evans, Jr.
Les leaves to cherish his legacy: (3) sisters, Ethel Evans, Elaine Sollers, and Ann Evans; (2) brothers, Dan Evans and Granville Evans; (4) grandchildren, Devante’ Bell, Aquila Turner, Shadae Brown and Lante Evans; (4) great grandchildren, Angelo Turner, Kapri Vinson, Karter Vinson, and Kyrie Burns; along with a host of nieces, nephews, special friends, and family.
Jesus promised He would prepare a place for you and Jesus always keeps His promises. Rest in Peace.
Sometimes we question the timing of a loved one’s passing, but please find peace and comfort in knowing that God doesn’t make mistakes when He calls His Angels home.
