Leslie Charles Johnson Jr.'s Obituary
Leslie C. Johnson, Jr., affectionately known as "Baby Les", entered eternal rest on January 18, 2019 at Gilcrest Hospice Care in Columbia, Maryland. He was born April 27, 1971 to Leslie C. Johnson, Sr. and Rachel Williams.
He received his education from Anne Arundel County Public Schools and later earned his G.E.D. He worked in Florida as a Fork Lift Operator and later worked from the Maryland State Highway Administration.
Leslie enjoyed detailing cars, sports, reading the Bible, fashion and spending time with family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Lloyd and Sarah Williams, Abraham and Dorothy V. Johnson; four, Willie H. Jones, James A. Carter, Sr., Bernard J. Williams, Abraham Wendell Johnson; two aunts, Flora A. Ireland and Rosalind Johnson-Brown.
Leslie leaves to cherish his memories his mother, Rachel Williams; father, Leslie C. Johnson, Sr., Deborah Johnsons affectionately know to Baby Les as Mumma; one son, Terry Baker; seven uncles, Lloyd N. Wiliams of Alexandria, VA, Donald N. Williams (Laura), Lloyd N. Williams Jr. of Raleigh, NC, Norman Dorsey, Ronald Matthews, William Matthews, Gary Matthews; eleven aunts, Tina Carter, Coy Fletcher of Prince George's County, Delores A. Smith of Colmbia, MD, Patricia M. Williams of Baltimore, MD, Veralene Johnson-Burks, Delores Johnson-Hart, Nancy Ham-Johnson, Phyllis Collians, Warner Matthews, Josolyn Galloway, Erica Matthews; two devoted cousins Tershea Frazier and Mark Johnson; three very devoted friends, Bishop E. Carroll, Phyllis Coleman, Dorothy Wooten and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
