A long time ago Kay and I were raising our kids as single parents and had friends both inside and outside of Parents Without Partners. She was a strong and caring person who raised two great kids. I will think of her often
Kay was in one of my book clubs and was always a spirited and sharing participant. She did extra research to help us understand the context in which a book was written and her sense of humor added greatly to the discussions. We will certainly miss her very much.
With love and sympathy,

Our hearts go out to Kay's family. Kay had such courage and spunk. Her lively mind was always engaged, whether in gardening, reading, or conversation. We will miss her.

Dear Jason, Tressa and family,
Art and I were saddened to hear of your mom's death. We know she had ongoing health struggles, but no matter how family recognizes that life has become a trial at the end of a hard journey, losing your mother is one of the greatest loses you'll ever experience. Though it's been a long time since we were neighbors, we wanted to send our condolences. I know this might sound unreal...but there are times when I still feel my mother's presence. She died in 2010. It's a comfort feeling that presence. You both know that she loved you and your families. We're certain she adored her grandchildren.
Take care. Please accept our family's deepest condolences.
