Julie Annora Hawkins' Obituary
Julie Annora Hawkins of Annapolis, passed away unexpectedly June 12, 2018, at her home. She died of congestive heart failure and a broken heart, as a result of the passing of her beloved daughter, Brittney, 13 days earlier. Julie was born in Baltimore, Maryland in November, 1971.
Julie graduated from South River High School in 1989. She worked at the Naval Academy Midshipmen Store and then as the secretary to the principal of Central Special School, where she retired due to physical disability. She will be remembered as a kind, caring person, with a soft heart and as a dear friend to many people, as noted by the outpouring of support she received after the death of her daughter.
She loved animals and enjoyed reading about history.
She is survived by her parents, Ronald and Sherry Hawkins, and a granddaughter she adored, Ava Ramirez, all of Annapolis.
A memorial service and celebration of her life, will be held at a later date, to be determined.
