Judith (Judy) O'Connor Schnellbacher Smith, of Edgewater and formerly of Annapolis, died on August 14 after a long struggle with breast cancer. Judy was preceded in death by her mother, Evelyn Marjorie Jackson; her father, Leo J. Read Obituary
At this time I would like to send my condolences to Judy's family. I met Judy when she lived in Delaware and she registered for a Older Workers Program. I was her instructor and we had kept in touch every since through emails.
Judy had a wonderful laugh and a great sense of humor. She will be missed.

To the family of Judy Smith, she was a wonderful, intelligent, quick whit funny woman that we all will truly miss. Please know my thoughts and prayers go out to you at this time. I have many fond memories of her, including a nice poem she wrote of her 1st Christmas at Victoria Park in Edgewater!
