Joseph Hicks passed away early morning on Thursday, May 14.
He is survived by his seven loving children: Evelyn, Diane, Henrietta, Marian, Sheila, Joanne, JP, and Kim.
He is preceded in death by his wife and three children.
Services will be held on Thursday, May 21, 2020 at Lasting Tributes Cremation & Funeral Care, 814 Bestgate Road, Annapolis MD 21401 with burial to follow at Hope Memorial St. Mark's UMC Church Cemetery
